Vintage Allen Simpson cast aluminum garden fork rake digger tool VG cond

Here, I’m very pleased to offer another in this excellent series of Canadian cast aluminum gardening tools. This particular example is a garden fork made and produced by Allen Simpson, purveyors of fine cast aluminum garden implements for a long time. It measures 10 inches long and 2 7/8 inches across. On the back, there is a small hole in the handle — which doesn’t go all the way through to the front — and this is so that you can hang it on a garage or garden room pegboard. This rake is in excellent vintage condition with signs of use but no chips, cracks, breaks or other damage. Another in the line of great garden tools from Simpson.
